A word from the programme committee chair Gergely Sipos (EGI)
We are pleased to announce that EGI2025 is fast approaching. This year, we are honoured to be hosted by EGI Federation member, CSIC, in the picturesque city of Santander, Spain.
As head of the Programme Committee, I am committed to delivering a comprehensive, innovative, and forward-thinking program that reflects the evolving landscape of compute and data services in digital sciences.
A Diverse and Inclusive Programme Committee
The EGI2025 Programme Committee embodies the growing diversity within the computing sector, addressing the expanding applications of compute and data services in digital sciences. Our committee's expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, from foundational infrastructure operations to end-user services and support.
Expertise Across the Scientific Spectrum
The committee comprises professionals who manage large data centres and developers who specialise in niche technologies. Our collective knowledge spans various scientific disciplines, including physics, environmental sciences, and social sciences. This breadth of expertise ensures a well-rounded and insightful conference experience.
