EGI has taken another significant step forward in advancing European social science data services by officially signing a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with CESSDA ERIC.
About CESSDA

Service offer
The SLA will empower CESSDA users to share, access, analyze, and process research data and other digital objects. EGI facilitates this functionality by offering its computing resources and the EGI Notebooks service. Technically, the mapping of AAI Proxy eduTeams Community accounts with the e-Infrastructure proxy from EGI allows CESSDA users access to EGI Infrastructure.
Why It Matters
The SLA is part of a broader initiative that aligns e-infrastructures like EGI and GÉANT to collaboratively foster a culture of cooperation between researchers and AAI providers. This collaboration is situated within the European Open Science Cloud, where EGI and GÉANT are committed to providing an open and inclusive AAI following community best practices.
