Beril Kasim

HR Administrative Assistant

Beril Kasim is the HR Administrative Assistant at EGI Foundation, joining the team in November 2024. In her role, she provides comprehensive support across various HR functions, including employee onboarding, recruitment, and general HR administration. She assists in maintaining and updating HR records, as well as ensuring the effective implementation of internal policies and procedures. Additionally, she is involved in office management, helping to streamline day-to-day office operations. Beril holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MSc degree in Work and Organisational Psychology, which have helped her develop a solid understanding of both psychological concepts and HR practices.
