Damla Rowlandson is a Senior Service Delivery Officer and IMS Manager at EGI Foundation. With over 15 years of experience in IT operations, cloud services management, and technical support, Damla has led strategic initiatives and managed critical ITSM processes.
In her recent role at CarNext.com, she oversaw significant IT transformations, ensuring operational continuity and achieving substantial cost savings. Previously, at Wolters Kluwer Enablon, she spearheaded the adoption of ITSM processes and maintained SOC2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, demonstrating her commitment to secure and reliable IT services.
Damla holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Yildiz Technical University and a BBA in Business Administration from Anadolu University. She also holds ITIL v3 Service Transition and ITIL v4 Strategist: DPI certifications.
