Matteo Agati is a Project Management Officer at EGI Foundation. In his role, he contributes to the overall project administration, focusing on defining, implementing, and executing Quality and Risk Management plans and on defining, measuring, and gathering project metrics and KPIs.
With over three years of experience in Project Management, Matteo has successfully managed EU-funded and software projects for a leading company in the telecommunications sector.
Matteo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and a Master’s Degree in Logic, Philosophy, and History of Science, both from the University of Florence.
