This service provides a set of complementary online service components that facilitate collaboration within the EGI Federation. iIt supports a wide range of activities defined in the Integrated Management System. Examples of supported activities are: knowledge management and sharing, ticketing management, meeting planning, videoconferencing, mailing lists and document management. These tools are designed to streamline communication, enhance productivity, and support efficient community and project management.
